All players and staff are encouraged to stay at one of our host or partner hotels and book through our online links. Booking through our event site has several benefits, including:
- RATES: Assures you receive the best possible rate.
- SERVICES: Improves more seamless communications with hotel staff to insure you receive all negotiated amenities.
- CONVENIENCE: Many of the properties are near the Irvine Spectrum Mall which has many dining and shopping options.
- BUILDING COMMUNITY: Helps build trust between the local community and WMUC 2024 organizers, by proving Ultimate has a significant economic impact in their area.
WMUC 2024 will partner with enough hotels to accommodate all participants in rooms that mostly feature two (2) queen beds; however, other options will be available.
Team managers should plan on booking rooms by April 1st, 2024 to lock in the best possible rates; spectators should book by October 1, 2024 for the best possible rates.
